From the official SEOClerks help pages:

When you find a service you would like to purchase, click the "Order" button in red at the top right of the service. This will allow you to select a couple of options for payment:

- Direct Pay (via Credit Card/Debit)
- Paypal
- Payza

Select the option you prefer and follow the steps. Upon completion of payment, you'll be presented with a private order URL which allows you to communicate directly with the seller, submit instructions, reject or complete delivered work and even cancel the order.
