Buyers must be careful and get rid of some strange seller (copy/paste worker)!

Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ

A person is happy to say with just copy/paste he's getting a lots of money at SEOCLERK!
The strange thing is everyone is congratulating him!

We buyers are expecting quality works here at seoclerk.

Only the admin Beverly is not agreed; Good to see that!

Anyways buyers have to be more careful before buying a staff from here.

I definitely agree. Buyers also need to do some research before buying.

There are many excellent sellers here at SEOClerks, people who take real pride in their work and always deliver highest quality results. These high quality sellers always produce original work and act in a professional way when dealing with customers. And, you can tell these people apart from the others by the numerous positive reviews and recommendations they receive. High quality is always rewarded here, just as on any job. And, a good seller will go really far with SEOClerks. You don't have to worry about any others, as they won't get very far here.

I completely agree but what happens when something is falsely advertised as High Quality and 100% Real and is Featured and Staff Recommended but is the exact opposite? I ordered this service https://www.seoclerks.com/Traffic/...-web-site-for-30

And the traffic I received was some of the worst I have ever seen. Nearly 100% Bounce Rate and Less than 1 second on the page. Advertised as Unlimited but only received 200+ hits in a short 2-3 hour window. Questioned seller about this and received no response. Asked to provide proof of traffic origin and again no response. Fake Traffic being advertised and sold to unaware buyers as 100% Real is not my idea of High Quality or Reputable by any means.

Its really hard for us, buyers if every top seller just cancel bad feedback..there's no way to tell if the service is good if the seller has 100% reputation and not a single bad review, right?

There's no way for a seller to cancel or erase negative/bad feedback from the buyer. If the order is completed and accepted by the buyer, then the buyer has the option to leave positive or negative feedback and then that becomes a permanent part of the seller's record, it is not simply erasable by the seller.

Both buyer and seller have the option to cancel an order if it is not progressing as planned.

If the order is canceled, no negative feedback can be left by either.

I believe this policy should be re-examined. If I purchase a service, and have to communicate with the seller, then they deliver late work and incomplete work then new potential buyers should know about this. Just because a service ends up in a refund does not mean we should not be able to leave feedback accordingly. Also, I know for a fact this seller had a negative feedback on his profile, I even mentioned it in an earlier post. He had 1 negative feedback or thumbs down. His rating was like 96. something. Now it's 100% - So something happened. I do not know if the buyer received a refund and the negative mark was removed or what, but I know this to factual.

I can understand your frustration and your need to talk about this.

Concerning SEOClerks policy, that is up to the site owner and his staff. The forum staff have no control over main SEOClerks site policy or rules.

As for whether or not negative reviews should be allowed in the case of a canceled order, it's debatable and I'm sure both sellers and buyers would want to weigh in on this situation.

I am looking forward to hearing what other sellers and buyers say on this same issue.

Hello Beverly, i'm really glad you are trying to help us out here.

First of, the seller cancelled the order not me.

But anyways here is the proof:
Buyers must be careful and get rid of some strange seller (copy/paste worker)!

You can check it for yourself here:
https://www.seoclerks.com/Traffic/...-web-site-for-30

I wrote a long review about his service, plus gave a negative rating. As soon as he cancelled that was gone.I'm pretty sure that LifetimeDibs left a negative review too with a thumbs down.Well this way he is keeping 100% feedback as a super service and is scamming people for quite some money per sale and i'm sure there are many services doing the same thing?

Hope you understand me now, Beverly.

Thank you,
have a nice day.

Thank you Beverly. I was unaware there was a difference between Site Staff and Forum Staff.

Are you able to relay these concerns to the proper Staff Personnel?

I think it's extremely unfair for a seller to be able to cancel and order and get rid of their negative feedback warning potential new buyers of the scam going on. That defeats the purpose of a review. Reviews are no longer honest and are completely biased. Every seller can have a 100% positive rating and can continue fraudulently ripping people off as long as they cancel any negative orders? How is this right or even acceptable? What I'm hearing is that I should I have to pay $29 for a fake fraudulently advertised service and accept said service, just so I can leave a negative review to warn people?

Thanks for clarifying that for me that your seller was the one who cancelled. Also, Lifetime Dibs cancelled his order, I believe. So now that is clear, I want to take a few minutes to respond to an issue that is concerning me.

I understand your frustration over not being allowed to write a negative review once the order has been cancelled (whether buy buyer or seller). I understand how you want to warn other potential buyers about this ONE seller that you had a bad experience with so they know in advance what to expect.

And, you have done so by posting on the forum, multiple times. And, rest assured everyone had ample chance to read about this one person's bad performance on these jobs.

A lot of assumptions are being made here, such as how he is cancelling jobs to keep his perfect rating. I am not in that seller's mind so I can't say why he is cancelling orders. And, there's even been some insinuation that other sellers might be doing the same?

If you were unhappy with the quality of his work, it would be expected that he could either perform work to your specifications or cancel to allow you to have your money back. This is an accepted practice and not something that is done as some sort of shady dealings, as it's been made out to be. When a seller cancels, he is providing a courtesy to you. There is nothing shady going on when a seller cancels an order, other than that he is acknowledging that you are displeased and entitled to your money back.

My biggest issue with this situation is how all sellers on SEOClerks are being painted as fraudulent or scammers, saying that we can simply cancel to keep perfect feedback score. (and not just speaking of this one thread but multiple comments over numerous threads not just this one). But, this is simply not true.

And, from what I can see this situation is all due to one seller (from your image) that both you and LifetimeDibs had a problem with. If he provided lousy service, then that's on his head. That needs to be reported to main SEOClerks site. And, some time needs to be given to them to adequately investigate the situation.

With that... One seller's bad performance on one or two jobs has nothing to do with the rest of the sellers here.

One seller's poor performance should not be used as a measuring stick to slander us all. And by making these blanket statements, all sellers here are being included.

I work extremely hard to keep my customers happy. If a customer is unhappy with one or more aspects of my performance they can simply message me with details on what I need to change and I am more than happy to accommodate. There are many fine sellers here who do the same and for who the customer's happiness is their number one priority.

If you are unhappy with that one person Ajlancer, then please say so, as you have done already. However, do not paint all us sellers with the same broad stroke of incrimination by indicating somehow we would stoop so low just to maintain a high rating. That is not how it's done here. And a seller who tried such shenanigans would be reported repeatedly by unhappy buyers (who had been canceled on) and would find themselves banned very fast.

The sellers that I have met here are more concerned about providing a top quality service experience for the buyer and having repeat buyers who buy service on a regular basis. This is the only way to build a sustainable income. These people are professionals with many years of experience, not amateurs slinging out five dollar deals.

Well this way he is keeping 100% feedback as a super service and is scamming people for quite some money per sale and i'm sure there are many services doing the same thing?

Another thing that bothers me is how no one else is standing up to defend the awesome group of sellers that we have here on SEOClerks, top people from every specialty.

There might be one or two rotten apples. But that in no way can be attributed to the rest of the SEOClerks seller community who are working hard daily to please customers and provide top level services for decent prices.
Asmodeus, NaturalWriter sunil0021 and many others here perform excellent work.

Be assured that SEOClerks (main site) staff see your complaints here. So by talking about it here as you have, you are alerting other potential buyers about the issue. However, this situation is getting to epic proportions by including ALL sellers as if we are in some diabolical plan to magically maintain our high rating. When that is simply not true.

I'm not sure if you think I implied this or if the other person did, but what I would have meant by this is..

The system is flawed. If all a seller has to do is cancel an order and that prevents negative feedback from being, then there is nothing preventing every seller from doing such thing. I am not saying every seller does this, but it clearly shows the flaws. A seller cancelling an order is not a privilege or blessing that we should be thankful for. In fact it is a buyers legal rights to cancel any order that is not delivered as advertised. Depending on where someone lives the law may be called something different but in the United States this would fall under the FTC under the mail and online ordering act. If anyone is interested I can find and provide the exact link.

What it goes to say is that customers are entitled to receive their goods or services ordered online though any method or merchant. The customer has a certain time to be entitled to 100% of their money back in the event they do not receive their goods or services as advertised. In the case mentioned above. AJLANCER is falsely advertising his services and is allowed to continue falsely advertising his service. I do not understand why SEOClerks would allow such a thing.

As you mentioned above, a seller is not extending a courtesy by canceling an order. In fact I do not need a seller to cancel an order for me to legal get my money back. In fact, I am the one extending the courtesy of canceling the order, because evidently this allows the seller to continue having a flawless feedback rating and to continue ripping off unaware customers.

I am not saying every seller is like this, I just know this one for a fake is. I also mentioned the quality of services offered because I have been in contact with over 10-20 other sellers and the services they offer are falsely advertised as well. No one is manually submitting 3,000+ back links in a 24 hour period. They would have to manually submit 125 back links every hour for 24 hours straight. That's humanly impossible but yet they advertise these spammed bot generated links as "High Quality, Manually Submitted" - This is just another example.

I have dozens of other encounters and conversations that all come down to the same thing. I have been looking to spend money on SEOClerks for the past 2 weeks and the majority of the people offering services are offering horrible quality services that are advertised as the direct opposite. Honestly, do you think these people would get sales if they advertised their services honestly?

Imagine the difference from a buyers perspective.
"High Quality, Manually Submitted Backlinks" or "Low Quality, Bot Submitted Backlinks"
"High Quality, 100% Real Traffic from Real People" or "Low Quality, Fake Bot Generated Traffic"
