I am On Level 1 on Seo Clerk.I recently join here and got some order and i delivered the order.It showing after 5 days of deliver the order will be complete.but after complete the order when i can withdraw my balance in my paypal or payoneer?Please help me with this information.

You should be able to check your balance here.
As soon as your money goes to 'Available', you will be able to withdraw your money. You will also see the button 'Withdraw your earnings' becoming active and click-able, like this
Also, the payment methods you will be using to withdraw should be added to your SeoClerks account. You can do that at this link.
