    i was using this live chat services chatwing, it is very easy to install and have a lots of great features offered maybe you will be try it.

    I use Tawk.to, it has it all - unlimited agents, unlimited sites, real time analytics, triggers... And it's FREE, I recommend it to anyone, similar plugins with those features cost about 20-30$ per month.

    Oh sorry I misunderstood you. I agree, live chat for some sites is awesome for helping clients, getting them to convert better, etc.

    It is not a service that I would have to have. Sure it might be nice for some forum members but then it might draw them away from being active on the forum.

    There are so much great Live Desk services online such as Live Zilla or Live Helper Chat! The best part that you can find free ones too. However, if you are looking for more customizable, then I prefer using a PHP based scripts. You can easily integrate it to your website and adjust it to your needs.

    live chat is good most especially for those who deal on online money biz that is the buying and selling of online services e.g web hosting etc. so that they can interact with thier clients on any enquires, issues etc.
