How do you deal with demotivation?

Some days, I feel very physically tired so it's difficult to feel motivated to care for one or more of my own personal sites, such as to make new posts or improvements. Also, there is a time crunch as I'm responsible for taking care of family and other work related situations. So, it's not like my sites are my own priorities. I'm wondering how you deal with the issue of not feeling motivated to improve your own site.

You might be trying to shoulder too heavy of a burden for site management. And, many tasks such as forum posting, blog post creation and backlinking can be outsourced. Don't take the job on solely, rely on others, even if you have to pay for services.

Stress can drain your energy and make you feel overwhelmed or tired. Just admit to yourself that you can't handle it all and try to pare down your work load to just essentials. Sometimes, you can earn as much money with fewer projects, so long as they are better paying. This could help you regain your sense of composure so you have time to deal with your site.

Demotivation comes with lack of passion for what we want to do.you need to continue to pep yourself up.Tell yourself you can do it.If you need to rest you do then start all over again

It is normal to be down at times especially when you have personal problems. My sparkplug for continuing freelancing work is the realization that I will retire sooner or later and online work will be my bread and butter. With the blog, I have to be firm with my resolve to write good articles to have a chance to go viral. In other words, thinking of my future in the internet is what motivates me to continue working.
