Do you have a preference when installing and using a CMS, whether to use Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla? Are all these CMS about the same when it comes to functionality or can you find an advantage in one over the other?
I've only used Wordpress as it's easiest to master. I don't like the look of Drupal or Joomla sites, though I'm sure they will appeal to others in the industry.

We preferred Joomla is a one of stylish CMS in the world!! with beautiful admin control panel for customization. We developed our PCMShaper.com site fully using Joomla CMS
I have always used WordPress, its easy to use and lots of plugin available
I have used all three of them. And I have found that WordPress is lot easier. And it can easily allow you the modification and the customization. You can find that joomla and drupla can have a lot of customization but not user friendly. Though it's upto you for choosing such CMS. But if you choose the friendly version of CMS and it's being free more customizable. I'd recommend it over any other options.
Wordpress is the most used content management system. Some of the drawbacks of wordpress is wordpress site is prone to hacking, works well only on small and moderate sized websites.
Drupal and Joomla can handle any about of traffic. These CMS are good for ecommerce websites. The main drawbacks of these CMS is they are difficult to handle. You need to be a programer if you want to use these CMS
FRom working online and checking most of the sites that some of my clients work on, I must say that Wordpress is a better option to every another one on the list considering the ease with which you can scan through the website.
