I view it as a "feel good" thing. I write my blog when I feel like it, on my own accord. There are so many posts I have to write on it right now that when I think about it, it's overwhelming... But it will happen when I feel that sudden urge to just... FLY! That's what my mind does when I'm in the zone. Music especially helps with that ;)

You really need to be blogging for yourself, whether anyone else reads what you have to say. If you are happy with your blog and it satisfies your own creative urges, then you are likely to attract others who want to read what you have to say. Also, don't be so discouraged over lack of readership, just double your promotion efforts, posting your links on forums or talking up your blog to others who work in the same niche. These people will likely want to read what you have to say.

Concentrate on providing good content on your blog and making sure that every post says something relevant. And, even if you don't get the massive quantities of blog visitors you want, you are still creating a good blog that will be easily found in Google search.

When I started initially and I hardly get readers I almost quit because it was like I was wasting my time but because I just like writing,I continued and today it has paid off and I'm happy I didn't quit then.

I don't ever feel discouraged over blogging, but sometimes I feel too tired to blog. If I am busy with other life things, I won't actually take time to blog. And, then you could say I get discouraged over my lack of blog updates. But, you can only do so many things in a day's time.

I almost gave up writing at Hubpages when I see my earnings had reduced over the years. From $50 to $5, that was a huge gap . However, I kept blogging, commenting but reduced the posting part and until now, I am still earning just a few dollars but I do not mind at all. Discouraged but kept my articles there, keep sharing at social medias. Don't give up, you will see the light in front.

I don't have a blog yet, but I have made a couple of guest blogs on other blogs and I must say that I never felt any urge to stop. It is only the way you market your blog will make people develop interest and start reading from it.

When I started writing for a co-blogger, my primary concernis the number of persons reading my article. Although I have been promoting my blogs to my circle, I am still in want of other readers. I guess it is very discouraging to post an article with zero readers after a week. It is either you launch a consistent and relentless campaign in promoting your blogs or you quit altogether to avoid the pressure.

I don't feel discouraged for blogging. I wish I had more time to blog. I want to be a very active blogger, however, I have to work on other projects to make money. Blogging is still not bringing me enough money to make a living. The day I start making enough money to manage my expenses I will stop blogging.

I have never felt discouraged when I started out blogging since I had no idea it was possible to earn from it. I also knew lack of posts to update daily, lack of comments and lack of readers was a problem but my head was far away from those things. I was just publishing and I will confess I did it for fun because it felt nice to be able to share my thoughts with the public.

But after getting into forums and learning new things, I don't see blogging the same way I used to see it 6 months ago. I see it as a business you need to invest in.

It really depends on your purpose. If you love your chosen niche then you won't get or feel tired blogging because it's enjoyable to you. My advice is blog about what you like most doing and you'll be successful.

Nope, I've never been discouraged in writing blogs. I think people who do get discouraged are writing / blogging in the wrong niche. It's because if they're passionate about their niche, the won't be discouraged because they would be writing about things that they really like.

Nope, I've never felt that way in my 5 years of blogging. But I do get tired in blogging on a single niche. When this happens i take a break from writing on that niche and write or create another blog on a different niche.
