Can you ever turn your forum into a full time job? Can it ever earn enough money to generate a full time income?

If you are the forum owner, then you can put advertisements and paid banners on your forum. That will help you earn money. If you are staff, then you can use the forum to create new leads for your own services.

I would not really want a full time job on a forum. It seems like a really boring job. I would prefer to be creating something artistic or doing something offline rather than hanging out on a forum all day.

Assuming you earned enough money with your forum, then it could be a full time job.

Though I have not heard of anyone who has done this successfully. You would need to earn money from ad sales, banner ads and affiliate programs to make the forum a full time job.

if it allows me to make really enough money then why not? I can make it a fulltime job, however I tink I would need to own a forum manage it and monetize it not to be posting on different forums,

I think a forum earns from the ads. I just don't know if Adsense is the standard way of earning from ads or maybe there are other ways. But I had read in one forum that you can earn a substantial monthly revenue if your forum have a thousand active members. So if you have several forums that have a thousand each of active members then that can be your livelihood.

Unless your forum is very big and earns good revenue, your forum can never be your fulltime job. For a forum to be big, you need thousands of active members and thousands of posts.You can earn a substantial income from a forum though. In order to make a good money from your forum you will have to monetize your forums by using adsense, amazon, selling ad space etc.

Any job that can be lucrative can be a full-time job, so if a forum is bringing something substantial at the end of the day, sure why not.is not the regular jobs pays better especially in my country.So If I can make more online better for it.I will stick with that.
