What software makes your admin job easier?

I would like some forum management software that would make my job easier. As admin of a busy forum I have issues with time management (as I have an offline job too as well as family care responsibilities). If I could find apps or software that could automate much of my job that would be appreciated.

Any spam prevention plug ins are very useful for an admin or moderator. These will help to keep your forum clean of spam.

The right forum software can make the job of forum administration very easy. If you pick the wrong software, then you are just making your job harder.

Calender software would be very useful for an admin as that would allow you to track any projects you have planned for the forum so that you don't forget what you are working on.
