A security incident forced us to restore from a backup taken on 28 August. Orders and payments made in roughly the 24 hours before the restore may not appear in your account yet. We are recovering them.
Contact support if an order or payment of yours is missing.
As a precaution, you will be asked to choose a new password the next time you sign in.

Do you have a back up emergency plan for your forum, just in case your forum databases are corrupted or your forum is hacked? What if division in the forum community causes your forum to split up and fail? What would you do?
Cloud Backups of Root Folder and DB for Everyday. :)

You could always shut your forum down, rather than continuing to run a dead forum.
You don't want to waste money on a forum that isn't earning money anymore or doesn't have a thriving membership base.
