How do I report a user?

I have bought a gig of twitter follower, at the time when order was complete i got the follower but now after a 2 weeks there's no followers by that gig all was there is my original followers, now I want to report SEO clerks about that so others could save there money and time from that spammer.
Please Let me know how do i report that user and can i get my money back from that spammer.

Your best bet is going to be to report this provider to the site owner and admins.
You can do this by going to the bottom of this site, and on the left hand side, under "SEOClerks Links" you will see the "Support" link.
You can then create a ticket and let them admins know what your issue is, and they can handle it for you from there.

Please generate a ticket by going to the 'Support' (you can find it at the footer of this page) and let the admin know about the user.
