    Can a forum ever recover once it's inactive?

    If a forum goes inactive with no posts daily, is it ever possible to recover the forum and make it look active again? I'd really be interested in hearing your thoughts on how to make an inactive forum look alive again.

    I think that you can but you just need to have some effort put into it. It will be hard work but it is possible to do it. I have known a friend that took at inactive forum and got it off the ground again.

    Inactive forums are hard to make it look like they are popular. But one can do it. It just takes some time and energy. You may wish to try your hand at paid forum posters.

    It’s not easy but you can recover a forum from a state ofinactivity. First is to strengthen your
    objective or reason why you need to revive a dead forum. Creating a new forum
    may be easier than reviving an old forum that lay dormant for a time. Second
    step is to assess your resources if you can afford the project. Reviving an
    inactive forum requires touching base with the community members because they
    had been there so it is easier to invite them. However, you should have
    something attractive in your forum before doing that. Incidentally, I received
    today an email from an old forum that is reactivated. That caused me to check
    the forum just for curiosity.

    To make inactive blog active is start posting content daily, what actually makes a blog active is the content and content update.Without the content, the blog remains inactive even with all the designs and other things in place.Nobody will stop by an empty blog.

    Yes you can if you try to revamp the old forum sites. First thing is to find new ways to attract external traffic to your forum. Bring in new gimmicks, advertisements, social medias and freebies to garner more members to your forum site . Then, reply to each of them, never ignore your members
