Response time and delivery time are now being calculated

We've added new data to the service page for the new SEOClerks only in order to help buyers find sellers who are more responsive. This will hopefully encourage sellers to be more responsive as well although looking at our top sellers, most already are.

The two new values being calculated are

  • Response Time - how fast you respond to an order message within the last 30 days. This does not include private messages. With this in mind, responding as soon as you receive an order letting the buyer know you've received their instructions will drastically improve your response time. Many sellers never respond at all until they deliver which will cause your response time to increase.

    Start responding now as soon as you get an order and as soon as possible when a buyer sends you a message in your order URLs. This will let the buyer know you received their order, that you are working on it and reduce your response time. The lower the better!
  • Delivery Time - the time it takes from instructions received to final delivery for all orders of a service.

Here is how the display looks (this may change):

The "Average" you see above is the calculated value. Response time is how quickly you respond. In the above, 2 days is terrible. Ouch! This seller suffers from not responding at all until delivery which is why the average delivery time and response time are the same.

Teaser Bit
Just to tease you a bit, another feature of the new SEOClerks is a much requested feature - Buyer Ratings. When you respond to a buyer rating, you can rate them back. You'll also be able to rate them at the end of the order URL as well. Here is what it looks like:

Looks good! Hope it will more useful for all and buyer feedback most expected for all sellers. I have suggestion. It will better if all feedback show on buyer profile. For example exact look like seller profile feedback how positive and how negative total and ratting percentage calculation I mean 90% or 99% etc

Cool. This is all about how you care when orders come in. People shops need quick response from seller otherwise may turn around for somethings else.I would appreciate this increases the seller to come back quick and see their customer's need; ultimately triggers genuine conversions through out order process

@cyberxcrime Seo clerks doesn't need to copy anybody because it is the nr 1 seo service website with no competition, in the seo departement fiverr doesn't even come close to this site, so hats of to you Jordan well done!
This site is an example to all site admins how you should make your site succesfull aka listen to the comunity.

Now for the bitching part
Don't get me wrong I love the new features but the order updates recalculations for the past 30 days clearly benefits just a handfull of sellers you should have given us a heads up. As most of the services are delivered in aprox 2-3 days I don't see the point of updating the serivce because the service automatically does that, on the other hand services with a longer delivery time deffnetly have to make pm/order update to make shure the buyer that the seller got his order.
Don't know about "TOP Rated" sellers but werifying each order update is a chore in itself. As far as I know most of the sellers fail to respond to multiple order updates because they get a lot of order updates in their mails. Buyers know this and they send pm rather than order update.
In my opinion there also should be a response time for pm's also this way the potential buyers know that the seller will rspond in a matter of min/hrs to any inquieries he may have ,as most of the communications with buyers/potential buyers happens via pm, this in turn will generate more sales , basically some people need more info about the serivce.

Off Topic
As you all know the holiday season has started , how about sellers can select on their profiles "on holiday til.." this automatically will show their service "on holiday till.." in the place of the "sold out" image.
You can also make this feature more interesting like mark profile and all services "on holiday till.." but the service would still be purchasable for a preset discount price set by the seller and the delivery time would be when the " on holiday till" date reaches its end + the normal delivery time for the service, ofcource you need to give buyers a pop up or something that his order will be delivered when the sellers reaches the end of "on holiday till.." + the prest delivary time
This way sellers will make sales while on holiday and the buyers will get a grate service for a discounted price but with a longer delivery time, you can think of it like a summer holiday sale.

PS on the topic I love the new features even if they stay in their current form and I hope I made a constructing critisizm on it

Negative Response-

Hi Shubh - I don't understand how fraud correlates with this new feature.

I am talking about expected delivery. Seller can deliver fast but it may be cancelled due to fraud order after 24hours or 48hours etc. Only seller kill in this case. Sorry to say , seoclerks using high security but it fail to stop fraud order.

Hi jordan your all effort we appreciate very much. I would like to share few Idea both for buyer and seller for new seoclerks.

1. Buyer and seller they can reject or cancel order
After deliver any work at this moment any seller can not request for cancel order mutually until buyer reject order or either contact to stuff. Here I would like to say this ability have to have for both buyer and seller they can reject order or cancel order mutually specially from a seller part without take support ticket.

2. Review ever open should stop after certain time:
Now review ever open after order auto complete. I think this ability should stop after certain time. Must be after auto order complete. Buyer can not leave any feedback positive or negative to seller. I saw some buyer this feature misusing. After long time back they want service again or show lame excuse or leave negative feedback. So after order auto complete leave review feature should disabled.

3. Multiple signup should stop from same IP:
I think sign up should stop multiple from same IP. One IP one user can control fake user who use several account for different positive and negative reason. For example some user leave negative review willingly just after creating easy and free new account as revenge or vindictive reason

4. Buyer Rating:
Buyer Rating very good thinking feature for new seoclerks. But I think it will more better and effective if all feedback show on buyer profile how many negative or how many positive rating he has as seller profile.

5. Payment and withdrawal system:
Payment and withdrawal system now satisfactory but we would like to see seoclerks as exception and versatile freelance site and to become here we expect more opportunity. I would like to suggest please if possible add Money bookers and LR and bank transfer system

About the second point. (#2)
I do understand why you brought this up, but if a "client from the past" leave you a negative feedback after a long time, (just to be mean or whatever the reason may be.) the best way to sort this out would be through the SEOClerks support. If the "leave your feedback" option closes after a certain time, you may end up loosing positive feedbacks too, since all clients might not be too active. Who knows? Response time and delivery time are now being calculated

The third point. (#3)
I don't see any reason to reject multiple accounts from the same IP as long as the owners of the accounts isn't using the accounts in a bad way. (Purchasing several services from the same seller and leaving negative feedbacks with them all etc.) Some people might actually be brothers & sisters, which both lives at the same place and wants to be a part of SEOClerks. (I know that's not the case most of the times.)

Number 6: About the User levels.
I agree that it could be quite easy to reach level 3 and because of that, I would have nothing against another Level, like level 4 as you suggested, that could benefit both level 4 and Level X sellers, but I can't agree on "disclose level X for all" since it's already explained within the user level information.

It should be hard to become an "X" and that's why it's a level you reach by being manually selected by the staff. Where's the fun in reaching Level X if there's a step-by-step guide on how to achieve it? ;)

I won't agree or disagree on the requirements for the Level 4 you suggested, all I can say is that one awesome part with Level X, is that you can reach it without 1000's sales etc.

CANT AGREE MORE, THERE ARE BUYERE AROUND HERE WHO ARE WILLING TO TAKE SELLER TO ANY POINT WITH ASKING FOR REFUND AFTER EVEN 5 MONTHS ( HAPPEN TO ME TWICE)

THERE ARE SELLER HERE WHO HAVE MORE THAN 4 ACCOUNTS AND WHAT BAD IS THEY FILL UP THE FEATURED SERVICE, I CONTACTED SUPPORT THE ACKNOWLEDGE MY POINT BUT SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY POLICY AGAINST IT

With the reject feature in the new service, sellers can reject any order they think is fake for negative reviews. ( in response to #2 point above)

Level X has no number qualifications and it doesn't matter how many sales or purchases or anything else you've completed.

You get Level X by being awesome and getting noticed. The only pre-requisite is that you must be Level 3.

If you ask for level X, you will be flagged NOT to receive it.

Thats a good action from Seoclerks.
but one think i point out that some time buyer receive delivery and he give positive feed back but the result come after six or seven days is not good.(like facebook or twitter followers, at a time of delivery seller receive order correctly but after some all followers are going to unfollow). then what buyer do because he already give positive feedback. is their any solution about this this. According to me seoclerk team must give time to buyer that he check order service more days(5 days not enough).
