On the current version of SEOClerks, if you force cancel then you receive a negative rating. You had no other option to force a cancellation if you couldn't do the work. You could mutual cancel, but it may have been rejected.

In the new version of SEOClerks, you have 24 hours to reject any order. You'll be able to see the buyer rating and details about the buyer to determine if you want to use this option. A new tab will be present in the order page during the 24 hour period.

Force cancelled negative ratings have been removed

Since this option will be available in the future and it wasn't available in the past, ALL force cancel negative ratings have been removed.

Show us your love by commenting below. The new version of SEOClerks should be released in 1 month or less. The public beta version should be released in the next 10 days.

Public beta should be available in the next 10 days. There are so many features that it is taking longer than intended.

This is a great feature.
As with any business, we should be able to choose our customers so this is perfect; especially for a service provider such as myself.
I know a lot of us are going to feel a sense of relief once this is released.

I agree with both. That would cause such havoc. Don't really see how that adds to new features.. and we already have a guarantee feat - that should be enough.

I agree with both. That would cause such havoc. Don't really see how that adds to new features.. and we already have a guarantee feat - that should be enough.

I know we have guarantee feat. But sometimes buyer do misuse of this feature, generally when you are selling traffic bots, software's etc. and after delivering order seller use guarantee with reason "fake software, not working and slowing down my pc or any other" In this case guarantee is useless !

So the support team doesnt see it first and infract you right

What kind of infraction you are talking about? Let me explain, someone purchased a service from you and you completed 40% work but now buyer want money back, do you still go with mutual cancellation?What about 40%? What if order is too complex or big? What about hard work?, You can talk to buyer and agree on 60%, now put 60% in value box and click "Refund and cancel order"

The benefit of this is,

Support team get less tickets (because buyer always submit tickets like, he is a scam please refund my money etc. Etc.)

I think this function reduce problems between buyers and sellers.

But now this is on staff, they want this feature or not!

I think social presence services should be deleted from SEOclerks. They are always going to drop. SEOclerks would be nothing without social presence services. That is why they dont delete them. If they would most of these infractions would stop

No, I think seoclerks will not delete social presence services because removing them is like removing S from seoclerks ;)

Are you guys located in India? Why is the grammar incorrect on several pages? I would think any site that claims to be a credible source for SEO, would surely know how important content writing is.
The first sentence of this post is a fragment, or at the very least, improper.

Just because someone's grammar is incorrect doesn't mean that they're not a good service provider.
Example:
I want to buy 1,000 twitter followers so I order a service from someone who has incorrect spelling in the description and receive my 1,000 followers does this effect anything? no. I do agree if they was providing an article service or a similar service this would be bad but the buyer should already know it is a bad decision to buy the service because of the spelling in the description. This site is an incredible source for SEO but the buyer needs to put some effort into reading the description closely if wanting any article related service.
