So you will Have 2 Passwords after you Add your Secondary Password. First Password is General Password to Login and basic selling/buying works. But 2nd password will be Required when you Try to Change the Profile Data/Modification etc!! (Aslike Internet Banking and Sensitive service)

Sothat, Even a person somehow get access to your Account OR get your account password, They will not Allowed to Modify the Account without Knowing the Secondary Password.

Could the secondary password be optionally added for ordering and cashouts? having it optional for ordering and cashouts stops people from using the account balance even if they have somehow got the accounts main password.

That's a Good Idea! But I think that will Annoying Peoples, specially for Ordering ..
But adding Secondary Password in 'Withdraw Section' will be a good idea though.

EDIT: If the Unauthorized People even try to Cashout, then they have to cashout to Users actual ID. Because there is no option to Modify the Payout Setting without knowing the Secondary Password (When Its Enabled!).

Yea, I just noticed the cashout is already kind of secure. If a person has access to a users account they would be able to view the payment addresses for that account, with that in mind it'd be a good idea not to use the same password for the cashout addresses.
