How To Build Reputation, Credibility And Gain Sales With Community Discussions?

Hello everyone,
I just thought I'd share something cool with you today, which most people might have missed.

As you might be aware of, the SEOClerks FAQ has recently been updated, cleaned and it's now filled with powerful, high quality content. Anything from "How To Become A Seller" to "Make A Full Time Living On SEOClerks" has been covered and you will find a lot of experts each day who's there to give you their expertise and to share their tips, tricks and secrets.

With this being said, I understand that some people might be a bit anxious to use the Community Discussions instead of SEOClerks Forum because of two things. The first being the signature, as signature lines aren't allowed within the Community Discussions. The second reason might be due to the "Advertise Your SEOClerks Service" section which isn't available on the Community Discussions either.

Thoughts like this might appear: "Oh no, I can't advertise my services so I will lose sales!" or "Since I can't use the signature link, I'm done for. I won't be able to attract potential clients." No matter WHAT your thoughts might be over this, you are all wrong, and that's why I'm here.

By being an Active user within the Community Discussions, by sharing your knowledge, experience, tips and secrets you will build reputation and credibility!

You will not only build reputation by doing this.. You will ALSO bring more attention to your services. And how?

As your nickname within the Community Discussion takes people directly to your profile page, they will also be able to find your services immediately, without any annoying signature links and without advertising threads.

As long as you contribute by providing high quality content, people WILL become more interested. Hence, new sales will be made.

So what are you waiting for?! How To Build Reputation, Credibility And Gain Sales With Community Discussions?

Yeah, profile on community discussion is directly linked to our stores so i guess it's big advantage of using it more then forum. From my point of view it's better then advertise one or each service(s) separately. Btw it also declare your capabilities as a freelancer as trough discussions it can be seen in what area you are really good or expert. So many beginners here call them selves "experts" while they not even try to offer their expertise here in discussions. So is it low experience or just laziness? However this is great update by Seoclerks and here is a lot opportunities for smart freelancers.

Great question anwebservices!
I personally believe there's two reasons for people NOT contributing in the Community Discussions. The first one is, that all the updates regarding the Community Discussions are still very new and most people haven't been able to see this yet, so they haven't started their contributions yet. The second reason, which I personally believe this also depends on, is not laziness. I believe it's because of the fact that it's free. Most freelancers saves their knowledge and expertise until they decides to wrap it up in a fancy package and provide it for a few bucks. Most people into online business are trying to earn from every source they can, and I truly believe that's the reason for them not to contribute that much. Not here or anywhere else. However, don't take my word for it as I might be totally wrong in this case.

I agree that as long as one always seeks to contribute in a valuable and helpful manner, this is going to be seen by whoever reads the comments and answers over here. The way one answers demonstrates his or her trustworthiness and knowledge. In my case for instance, as I am a writer, the way I write over here is an evidence of the way I write articles, and the fact that I place importance on good grammar, sentence structure and so on. I feel that this update in this section was positive as it offers a cleaner layout and it reduces spamming.

When I join a forum, my purpose is to learn and share. That’s why I try my best to gather good information before I make a post. I have noticed that making good posts can enhance my reputation as a writer or a freelancer. This is not to brag but I had received several invitations to be a mod. The reason given was my good posts. That’s flattering and messages like that inspires me more. On the contrary, I know of some writers that I see in several forums with their not so good posts that are mostly very short and lacking in substance. I don’t mind much the grammar but at least make it decent and easy to understand.
