How much a pagerank 8 website will sell for ?

I have a site with pagerank 8 but its domain name is something like 5u89y83y.info

Note : the above site name is just example and not the actual site .

I know this type of domain names doesnot even fetch a penny but guys after all it has page rank 8 !!!!!

I simply dont want to list it on flippa befor getting an approximate value which it will fetch ...

i mean i will make a listing premuim of above $500 at flippa and if i get only bids worth $100 or $200 then it will be a waste of my money i guess How much a pagerank 8 website will sell for ?

Any idea how much will it go for ????

And if my page rank is 8 and have a fancy or premium domain name then how much will that fetch ??? ( Just for a vague idea ofcourse !!! )

well i suggest you to don't sell the domain, you can easily make some good cash by placing paid links on your blog.

You can easily get 500$+ for PR8 site , how much exactly depends on the niche but we are talking of 4 figure income if the niche is relevant, this site has PR5 with a werry good niche

pr8 depends on what your are taking from, i mean you reach your site at pr8 on genuine work,
then its good for you,
you can sell it with setting ad placement

If you have a fully functional site that is earning revenue for you, you can sell your website for at least 10 times the revenue. For example, if you are making $100 a month from your site, you can ask for $1000 for your site. Even though your domain name may not have any commercial value, a site with 8 PR is something of a great value.

This is an interesting discussion to me because I really didn’t know that website flipping is getting to be an industry already. But with the page rank I don’t think that will be effective anymore since Google had declared that it is not using the page rank anymore which means it is moot and academic to recognize the page rank. We are back to square one when it comes to valuation of the site.
