You won the retainer. Now you have to deliver the links — and that is the part that breaks agencies. Either you hire an outreach person before the revenue justifies it, or you buy from a vendor who sends DR bands and no domains, and you find out what you bought when the client asks.
I do the delivery half so you do not have to build a team for it. You keep the client, the strategy and the relationship.
How it runs
- Your brief: target pages, anchors, niche, exclusions, volume
- Every domain sent to you for approval before any outreach happens
- Article writing included, to the publisher's brief
- Reporting in your template with your logo — no mention of me, no supplier costs, no publisher contacts
- Fixed per-placement pricing, so you can price a retainer with confidence
- A direct line to me, not a ticket queue
I do not contact your client, ever.
The record behind this
An agency link programme I ran delivered 2,073 placements for 25 client brands across 1,114 unique publisher domains — 759 of them used only once, because recycling twenty sites across every client is how footprints get built.
Of the 19 client sites where before-and-after measurement was possible, 18 gained referring domains and 18 gained Domain Rating, mean +14.2. Estimated traffic rose on 10, fell on 8 and was flat on 1. That last number is here on purpose: any supplier who shows you only the wins is showing you half the data. Ahrefs, read 12 September 2026, United States, subdomains mode.
What I will not tell you
- I cannot guarantee a ranking. Nobody can, and anyone who does is selling you a story.
- Some publishers mark their outbound links. Where a link carries rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" you are told before you approve the site, not after the invoice.
- A placement can be removed months later. Editors change, sites get sold, articles get pruned. If it happens I tell you and replace it.
- Search engines decide what they index and how they rank it. I do not promise indexing or permanent availability.
Niches I do not accept
Gambling and casino, adult, CBD, cannabis and vaping, unlicensed pharma, crypto promotion, and insurance. Those need a different publisher pool and a different risk appetite, and pretending otherwise wastes your money and my time.
