Shouldn't there be continuous notification to buyers yet to start orders?

It happens some of the time where usually new buyers order from sellers and they forget or out of not knowing how making order works on seoclerks, do not start the order.
I suggest there should be a way where buyers are continuously alerted to remember to start the order once it has not been started.

For instance, I have a order for more than 5 hours now yet to be started

I believe this still happens to some other sellers too.
Admin should please include this feature in their system.

Thanks

This feature is already in place. If you've ever forgotten to start a service, you'll get an email when you order and then an email several hours later and then one every day for eternity until you start the service.

This is assuming the buyer has entered a valid email address that actually works.

Hi salesboost I do not know what is funny? But I agree with you first explanation. I see many of my buyer does not know how to start order even after placing order? I am sure regarding this matter we are already talking on CD previously and you may know SEOclerks has already this feature. If any buyer missed to update the order, SEOclerks continuously notify to buyer email and it is may be couple of times each day and they keep notifying until order update by buyer. Other way you can notify to your clients by PM, Just write him an order is pending and update now. I already do it and lot of buyer wrote me thank you for such notification.

Okay, thank you very much. I wasn't aware SeoClerks have this feature already.
It was an unknown buyer but he's started the order now. Thanks

Yes Robertman11 is right, I know to actually go and start my order BUT sometimes my kids get in my hair before I can do that and I have to go throw some biscuits at them or something to keep them away so I can continue... anyway long story short yes SEO Clerk does send notifications to start the order.

Yeah I hear what you're saying. That's happened to me a few times where a buyer will place an order but not update the order with the required details so that you can start working on it, complete and deliver it. I do believe that they're sent an email reminding them to complete their order by updating it but I think that only one is sent.

In situations like these, the best thing to do is send them a message. Since you know the buyer who ordered your service, you can visit their profile and then send them a message with a link to the order for them to provide the required details so you can start it.

I'm not sure how well a constant reminder would go down. Although they could send one every 12 hours or something. Or even possibly provide an option in that order for the seller of something like a button to click on to send a reminder to update the order or something.

Sometimes buyers do forget to provide the required details, or sometimes, they just don't understand what they have to do! Even if your order tells them exactly what to do after they've ordered, they still don't know or understand what to do. There could be lots of reasons for this. Perhaps they can't read English or just can't read. There could be lots of reasons for it happening.

So the best thing to do in these cases is to send a polite reminder message to the buyer, asking them to provide the required details so that you can get started in working on their order for them. This should work in most cases, but in some very small cases, they might not be responsive at all and there's not much you can do about that other than cancel the order. But you might not want to do a Force Cancel as this could have a negative effect on your rating and a Mutual Cancel isn't going to work as the buyer is unresponsive.

So if this does turn out like this and the buyer is totally unresponsive. The best thing to do actually would be to contact support by opening a support ticket and they may be able to send a message to that buyer for you which can work most times. But if that buyer is still unresponsive, they can complete the order or cancel it for you without it having any negative effect on your rating. Shouldn

Hope this helps and good luck!

Mike.

I will contact support immediately.. Thank you very much.
I think it's cool if you knew the buyer, all I had to do is to contact the buyer to start the order but this isn't the case, I only received that my service has been bought but did not start.
