It happens some of the time where usually new buyers order from sellers and they forget or out of not knowing how making order works on seoclerks, do not start the order.
I suggest there should be a way where buyers are continuously alerted to remember to start the order once it has not been started.
For instance, I have a order for more than 5 hours now yet to be started
I believe this still happens to some other sellers too.
Admin should please include this feature in their system.

This is assuming the buyer has entered a valid email address that actually works. This feature is already in place. If you've ever forgotten to start a service, you'll get an email when you order and then an email several hours later and then one every day for eternity until you start the service. This is assuming the buyer has entered a valid email address that actually works.
