How to remove unnatural links?

Hello,

I just got an email on my WMT from Google saying the following:

http://www.your-site/: Unnatural inbound links
December 15, 2013
Google has detected a pattern of artificial or unnatural links pointing to your site. Buying links or participating in link schemes in order to manipulate PageRank are violations of Google's Webmaster Guidelines. As a result, Google has applied a manual spam action to your-site.com/. There may be other actions on your site or parts of your site.

So, my question is how do I look for this unnatural links and disavow them so, I can submit to "Request a Review" so, they remove this "manual spam action" from my domain, also what the hell that means?

Thanks and I will appreciate any help,

Have a wonderful day. At first you need to check your website back links every one (Keyword based hyperlink or any other less or important keyword based back link) which are available with your website.Check those website page rank or website status like they are live or not. They are spam or not. You can check the online reputation of website. Secondly you have to check the website matter about - Did you bought any back link related service from any one to increase your page rank? If so- than you have to remove those back link by the request of the selling service. Thirdly Google does not allow any artificial process - Google only allow white Hat SEO- On page and Off page optimization.

Thanks
