What's your plans as a freelancer writer in 2019?

The year 2018 is almost at the end line of it with so many experiences we have all had in the course of our freelance jobs. I believe that some people meet their goals for year 2018 while some didn't.

But with 2019 around the corner, what are your plans as a freelancer writer for the coming year?

In 2019, I want to really focus on my writing and get more clients that I can work for. I want to be able to write more and make 2019 a more productive and a fulfilling year for me. I would want to focus to improve myself more and improve my writing skills.

That should be the everyday goal of everyone, to improve. I believe that everyday, everyone, even the professional and most successful ones, learn things. Learning is an everyday process. So, don't feel down if you realize someday that you are not perfect.

I want to take a break when the New Year rolls in, I want to at least enjoy the first month of the brand new year before I start dealing with life again. So definitely all freelance jobs will stop next year for me, I'll be enjoying my break of course

Mine is to expand my client base and my earnings. I’ve set some financial goals for the new year that I’m really motivated to achieve and I hope that I can realize those goals by the end of 2019! It’s gonna take some work and probably a lot of early mornings and late nights but it’s all part of the grind!

I plan on writing about the same as I am right now. I do wish to pick up a few more clients here and there. I really hope that some of my upcoming customers want beauty articles written, as this is one of my all-time favorite niches.

I will say that I am also setting a goal to learn as much as I can. I did some work within the past month for a client outside of my comfort zone, and while there were times I was like why did I agree, there were so many new things that I learned. So that was very refreshing!

I plan to write a good resume of myself, and post it on many different websites. I usually don't do random jobs, and try to find a permanent contract with a certain person. My primary skills are languages and translation. Moreover, I also have some great insigh about web development, so I often do tasks given by the client to develop a programm or two.

I want to get regular work in 2019. I want to cross 1000$ a month threshold. And also I wish to learn how to increase the revenue stream for myself. And hopefully I have to save enough so that some day I can buy my own house. So that starts in 2019 slowly. I also want to improve my story writing skills. I think that my plans as a freelance writer this coming year 2019 is that I would try my self to join more freelancing sites so that I can have an increase in my earnings. I would try to make an experiment on some freelancing sites that I have never tried before. It is a good idea to go out with my comfort zone and have some better improvements for myself.

I'm going to do less freelance writing in 2019. I've been doing freelance writing for a couple of years now but I couldn't earn enough to quit my day job. So instead of attempting to find more work next year, I'll write two ebooks between January and July and the rest of the year I'll extensively promote the ebooks all over the internet. Hopefully, at the very least I'll build an audience that will buy other ebooks I write in future.

My plan is to exploit more online writing platforms. It is tricky for unestablished freelance writers to get much work out here in the real world. The internet is a great way to help change that and I plan to use more and more of it. As a matter of fact, I already started and it's already showing quite some promise.

I’m not really into writing but I am planning to have my own blog next year. It is not much for the money to be earned but more for the expression of my passion. I get excited whenever I would imagine that I would again be writing as a blogger and the pictures for my planned blog are already in one folder, just waiting to be used. Just start. And by writing say 1 weekly post. By the end of the year, you can have 52 posts. So those posts can bring some good traffic to your website. I'd say you should also focus on bringing more traffic with backlinks. Also promote your blog on social media too.

Even though most of the plans are meant to be broken, I am hoping to have my own website and start an online business. But before that, I need to look for a stable income in order for me to save money. I will use the excess money from my income as payment for my annual fees. I just need to work on my skills also.

Optimism does make a huge a difference. There is much having a positive outlook can help you achieve. Although you have to be realistic and expect that getting something done might challenging, that positive attitude and belief that you will make it just might get you what you seek.

I am a writer and editor and I will be looking for more platforms to showcase my work. I plan on carrying on a massive campaign and letting everyone I come across know what services I render. No more shying away, I'm getting in people's faces about it lol. I'm also going to start an affiliate program. I see them everywhere and I have been researching them. As a freelance writer, I'm going to get more serious with my writing. I want my writing to be a full time income, so I will take various courses if I have to. My goal is to earn a minimum of $2000 from my writing by the end of 2019. Right now I really don't know, how to start or where to start by I am determined to reach this goal. I also will try and reach direct clients. This involves writing many proposals and bidding for work.
