Whenever you see that your level has decreased, you need to pin-point what exactly the reason is. You can do this via the User Levels page:
Often at times, this is due to an infraction when the level drops. Infractions are basically warnings. If you had an infraction (even though you say you don't, i reviewed the account and it appears to follow all guidelines for level 2) it will expire in the amount of days the staff inputted for the term you broke via the Terms of Service:
Also, lastly, your response time is quite high, yes it says 72 hours or less but you may want to actually lower this response time to at least 12 hours and below. For instance, if i was a buyer and your response time was anything more than 24 hours (yours is 24 hours) then I would not order from you because I would not be sure how long it would take you to reply to my questions, or how long it would take for you to deliver my order. Just a tip for the future.
If you can not find the reason as to why your level is down, and you have no infractions then you will have to submit a support ticket. I strongly suggest going over the level requirements one more time, and if everything is okay then submit a ticket. Good luck on increasing your level!
The reason that you may have possibly lost a level might be due to the following reasons:
1. If your rating drops below 90%,
2. If your previously asked questions/answers get deleted and drop below the requirement,
3. If you get any infractions (but you said you didn't).
If none of those apply, I'd really suggest that you get in contact with the SEOClerk support and they will explain it.

Since your rating is still above 90% and you have no infraction, then the best bet is to contact support,the dropping came from them and they'll be in a better position to let in on why the level has dropped..better still use your discretion and change what you think could be the cause or causes.

Yes, in this case I think you will need to go to the source and find out why your level has dropped. Sometimes, it seems like someone can rate you negatively and it affects your rating, even if you didn't do anything objectionable. It is a bit of a problem sometimes it seems.
You said someone can rate you negatively. I dont get it. Do we get rated by some other persons asides the admin. And how long does it take to get rated?
If you sell a service, and someone rates it negatively this could potentially affect your ratings and result in a decreased level. Admin can not rate your orders unless they were to actually order from you, and admins won't order from anyone to negatively affect a rating.

Well, you have heard some wrong information. Responding to discussions doesn't increase your ranking. However, what I think many people are getting confused on is the response time. The response time is the average amount of time it takes you to reply to a new order. Whenever someone replies on your order and you reply back this will either increase or decrease your response time.
