    I have a big team but i don't have a perfect job

    I have a big team but there is no perfect project for me.....we can do the job, but no one will hire us! What is to be done to sell services here?

    If you are looking to make a name for yourself you need to offer something unique. Make sure your description is very clear and detailed but not to long. Make sure you have a good catchy title to go with your service. I always recommend have a YouTube video that gives a visual explanation of what you offer. People with videos sell up to ten times more than someone who has no video. What kind of services do you offer? Are your prices to high? Check out to see if anyone else is offering the same services as you so you can get an idea of how you can get the step up. Look into having resellers help you by reselling your services the more visibility you have the better you chance is to make it big on Seoclerks. Make sure you bump your services on a daily basis.     I think your level could be a problem, just starting out is never easy because old hands with better rating would always grab the jobs

    You need business development person. Find out who among you is good with finding deals. And then make that person bring projects relevant to the team. And you can start with low cost projects and then get those type of projects in bulk. That should be more than enough for you to get the proper things setup. I have seen some of the people doing perfect job with it. That being said, you can see that this may take time. So start with low cost project and then focus on getting regular leads.

    I am surprised that you say you have a big team and you cannot get a job. What exactly is the forte of your team? More likely it is digital work. If your team is not in uniform with their skills then I would probably recommend to list down their skills particularly their strength so that you can think of what service to offer. Start promoting your services via social media. Let your team work on the promotion.
