How I stay in shape & keep the weight off

Below is my regime in a nutshell. I find it easy to follow & it keeps me at a healthy & good looking weight. I dont see it as a diet, it’s more of a lifestyle, which is important as diets never last.

Drink plenty of water

Have purechimp super tea once a day

Eat healthily in the week & enjoy treats at the weekend

Pick brown over white for grains

Exercise at least 3 times a week

We all know how to eat healthily it’s just finding a way that works for you. I have found the regime above takes minimal effort.

My work out routine is very simple. I go for a walk at least once a day with my children around the neighborhood block. That is keeping me very fit and slim these days. Also, I never eat junk food, opting only for fresh peaches or apples when I'm hungry for a snack.

Last week, I tried brown rice instead of white rice and felt less lethargic after my dinner. This was a very good choice for meal time.

Hi, You chose the right way to lose weight and keep in shape. When you keep a diet, you need to drink a lot of water, and if you want to lose weight, as you have said is better to go to the Gym three times a week or more if you have time. The most important thing in all this is never giving up!

I have kidney stones that's why drinking lots of water is already a habit. Drinking water can make my tummy bloat that I tend to lose my craving for food. With exercise, I confess that I am skipping this part often. I don't know why I am very lazy to exercise but take note that I am not a lazy person. In fact, I wake up at 4 am so I can be in the office before the rush hour. With healthy food, vegetables and fruits are my usual diet although I still eat rice and whatever dish we have at home. Like today, our dinner is spaghetti and pork barbecue. I limit the amount of pasta that I eat for it makes me gain weight. I don't take vitamins or supplements. I always go natural.

We are what we eat, so yes, eating a healthy diet will help you out a lot. But some exercise is needed too, we have became very sedentary people. I'm taking Yoga classes, and those are super relaxing, even though sometimes they can get very demanding, depending on your instructor. Also some cardio like walking 30 minutes a day, will give you great results too.

Nothing beats the natural ways of losing and maintaining weight.I have come to realise that artificial ways of doing things never last.we hardly keep to it.Weight loss should be a gradual process of exercising, taking more water and eating mostly natural foods not junks

I don't joke with water since I discovered the enormous benefits taking lots of water can bring to the body. I mean since I started taking lots of water, there has been changing in my body condition. I will also have to check out the other things that you do as well.

I can relate with drinking a lot of water because that was also prescribed to me. I have kidney stones for the 3rd occurrence already after the first 2 were removed. With lots of water that I drink, the kidneys stones seemed to be stymied that I haven’t felt the symptoms for more than 10 years now. The back pains and the difficulty in urinating were very irritating. I guess drinking lots of water can also cleanse the digestive system.
