I think a multi-lingual site has no direct relation to the bounce rate albeit it can even make for a higher bounce rate when the reader would encounter a content that is alien to him. When I go to a site that has English contents then that is fine but when I click on a page and it shows me an Indian content then the only recourse is to leave the page.
