Can multilingual sites helps to reduce Bounce rate?

Bounce rate from other country for India based site, so my question is to add multilingual tag to sites helps to reduce bounce rate?

Also I want more business from outside India so what to do for it.

when you say more business, i guess you mean more visitors traffic from outside India. it is very simple, just promote your website using country specific promotional methods like using Facebook country ads, buying traffic from other countries like USA and many more.

I think a multi-lingual site has no direct relation to the bounce rate albeit it can even make for a higher bounce rate when the reader would encounter a content that is alien to him. When I go to a site that has English contents then that is fine but when I click on a page and it shows me an Indian content then the only recourse is to leave the page. That is a high bounce rate, right?
