Last month i loose $80 on seoclerks - How you can avoid it?

Hello my name is sayan and i am here from last 2 year but started selling from last one year as a seller..

Its okay at the beginning, but while i started getting huge amount of orders daily i noticed that many of my order canceled my buyer which not even started. Yes you heard it right those order are not even started. So those order overlooked by me and i never delivered my services due to this buyer often canceled order.

Most of the new user on seoclerks face this kind of issues but this issues may lead to huge loss to the seller and to the seoclerks also.

So if you receiving huge number of order daily then i you can avoid this issues. This is important as last month i loose over $80 due to this.

So i have found a solution to this..

HI Sayan

Thanks for sharing your struggle with this and sharing how to try and get around this issue. I can't see your last screenshot though, it is just a message reminding the buyer that they need to give the information needed to start the actual order?

Just so you know, buyers get emailed automatically by SeoClerks regularly too. I mentioned before in a discussion here that perhaps it would be best to get the buyer to enter all the relevant information that the seller needs before they pay and in that way this issue would become a thing of the past Last month i loose $80 on seoclerks - How you can avoid it?

What is your success rate at doing that? I do the same thing myself for orders I've got where the buyer has not left the required details to get started and I'd say it has about a 50% success rate. Not everyone will respond but generally most people do.

Lynne could be onto something by making them provide those details first. I'm not sure how easy they would be able to integrate that into the site though. These sorts of things sound good in theory but it all comes down to making them come about and that could mean changing a lot of code and testing testing testing.

Although they are pretty good at listening and adopting good ideas if they see value in it. I can see value in this as it would possibly mean minimizing on the amount of lost sales and revenue by those that don't provide the required details to get started on the order.

You should submit this as an official feature suggestion if you haven't already. If enough people vote on it and like the idea, they can look into adding it as a feature.

I'd be fine given my required details in a form first before I could click access the links to pay with. Last month i loose $80 on seoclerks - How you can avoid it?

This is very odd i never have this problem. In fact this NEVER happens to me, i would try and not think of it as a loss because you never started you never got an order to begin with. If you have done zero work then its safe to say it never happened lol. I think your idea is very good to message the client but if the order gets canceled anyway then your just wasting time. I have more orders being canceled that are 90% done than anything else for sure. How do you avoid it? well you can tell a buyer what they have to do next time they order OR if they are consistent in not leaving details or canceling after start just ask that buyer to please not order form you if they continue this behavior.

I have experienced this too but most times i do wait for them to rely back when the order is still hanging waiting for the buyer to supply the requirements to complete the order so i can start work of which they usually do instead of just cancelling the order later thinking i am not ready to deliver. but from the suggestion you post above, i will try to remind them in addition to the email reminder notification. thanks

Yes, this idea is just it because you can't do much with vague information.

The best bet is to email them for more information immediately to avoid cancellation.

Yes it is a pity that some buyers place an order and then forget all about providing details. Even though an email is sent to them, there are still buyers who ignore it or maybe they just do not understand the process. That is a pity. So, reminding them by sending them a message is a good idea if several days passed since the order was placed.

Yes as freshers some of you might face the same condition. However it is important to keep working with good reputation and without crashing with buyers.

Yes, this is a bit of a problem for both sellers, and affiliates.

The issue is, the buyer would order a service but won't respond to the service and start the order. The admin team has stated that the buyer will receive an email one per day indefinitely until the order is started. However, if you can automate your services than choose the "Instant Delivery" option to keep this from happening. This is what I do, and it seems to work for services that are easily automated such as providing .ZIP archives to the buyer.

I would play around, and try to contact the buyer, or automate the services.

It is quite weird i never thought and met this matter, i thought maybe i provide the service may different with yours, but my advice is you should inbox the buyers as soon as possible to make sure are order it shown "in processing"
