HI Sayan

Thanks for sharing your struggle with this and sharing how to try and get around this issue. I can't see your last screenshot though, it is just a message reminding the buyer that they need to give the information needed to start the actual order?

Just so you know, buyers get emailed automatically by SeoClerks regularly too. I mentioned before in a discussion here that perhaps it would be best to get the buyer to enter all the relevant information that the seller needs before they pay and in that way this issue would become a thing of the past Last month i loose $80 on seoclerks - How you can avoid it?

This is very odd i never have this problem. In fact this NEVER happens to me, i would try and not think of it as a loss because you never started you never got an order to begin with. If you have done zero work then its safe to say it never happened lol. I think your idea is very good to message the client but if the order gets canceled anyway then your just wasting time. I have more orders being canceled that are 90% done than anything else for sure. How do you avoid it? well you can tell a buyer what they have to do next time they order OR if they are consistent in not leaving details or canceling after start just ask that buyer to please not order form you if they continue this behavior.

I have experienced this too but most times i do wait for them to rely back when the order is still hanging waiting for the buyer to supply the requirements to complete the order so i can start work of which they usually do instead of just cancelling the order later thinking i am not ready to deliver. but from the suggestion you post above, i will try to remind them in addition to the email reminder notification. thanks

Yes, this idea is just it because you can't do much with vague information.

The best bet is to email them for more information immediately to avoid cancellation.

Yes it is a pity that some buyers place an order and then forget all about providing details. Even though an email is sent to them, there are still buyers who ignore it or maybe they just do not understand the process. That is a pity. So, reminding them by sending them a message is a good idea if several days passed since the order was placed.

Yes as freshers some of you might face the same condition. However it is important to keep working with good reputation and without crashing with buyers.

Yes, this is a bit of a problem for both sellers, and affiliates.

The issue is, the buyer would order a service but won't respond to the service and start the order. The admin team has stated that the buyer will receive an email one per day indefinitely until the order is started. However, if you can automate your services than choose the "Instant Delivery" option to keep this from happening. This is what I do, and it seems to work for services that are easily automated such as providing .ZIP archives to the buyer.

I would play around, and try to contact the buyer, or automate the services.

It is quite weird i never thought and met this matter, i thought maybe i provide the service may different with yours, but my advice is you should inbox the buyers as soon as possible to make sure are order it shown "in processing"
