Do you think that customer feedback software could help in content marketing?

There are certain software tools that are intended to offer insight about how well your content marketing is doing, such as overall ratings for your content, and feedback that readers may want to give about it. Some examples are Kampyle and 4Q. However such tools are not that popular and I feel that it is a pity that they are not always utilized to keep track of how well your content marketing strategy is, or not. Your content satisfaction ratings should be checked out and tracked, so as to see if you addressed what people were looking for or not. Corrective action can thus be taken accordingly.

I think that customer feedback would always be a great thing. I would love to know from my readers what I am doing right and what is losing me readership. It can only help me in the long run.

How would I implement something like that on my blogs?

Definitely, customer feedback is very important in building the reputation of your brand. Especially with generic commodities particularly with consumer goods, prospective clients are looking for the review in order to get a feel of how your business dealings are. Just like when we travel to a foreign country, we use the search engine to find a hotel and almost always, the feedback and review helped us in our decision. However, I can’t say if the evaluation of that software can really be relevant to the purpose of knowing the content’s capability for a feedback.
