Google wants world domination?

You might not noticed it, but it seems Google is already entering almost every field possible, ie video streaming, social networks, and many more. Do you think Google wants world domination?

I think they love money lol.

Most of their products suck. They should stick with what they are good at: searching, ads and email.

I don’t understand why you said that most products of Google sucks. Take note that Adsense is under Google and it is the primary way of monetization for the sites that wanted to earn from advertisements. There’s also the Google Plus which is a good social media platform although it is in a different context with Facebook because it is camouflaging to be a competitor.

What other Google's product sucks actually?
Android = most used smart phone OS, Chrome = 2nd most used browser, Google Plus = 4th most used social network site (needs a little bit more time), Youtube = most used video sharing site... Google owns the world.

Android is not the most used phone OS. I think that is symbian or whatever that phone os that most phones use is called. Android is the most used Smartphone OS and not by much - 39% while apple has 28%. However, the IOS kills Android but not everyone can afford an iPhone so the masses opt for the cheap Android which strives to clone the iPhone.

Yeah. I know most of my friends uses Android over any other OS types.

And probably soon, Google+. haha

I read an article a few days back that Google+ is working just fine and getting more users as the day comes by. What made you think it's going to fail?

Me and all of my friends use Android as well on mobile phones. Mostly on Samsung Galaxy (S1 to S3). And they are as expensive as Iphone in my country.

Google+ is rising well, I'm sure it will be on 2nd spot among social networks in 1 year.

It seems to me that Google is now dominating the digital world. After being the number search engine before the new millennium, Google had advanced its direction by taking over YouTube. And now Google is still the most potent company in the internet only topped by Facebook. And if it wants world domination, what company doesn’t aspire the same? I guess Google is here to stay and it will compete with Facebook in a few year’s time. Let us wait and see.
