I'd like to get a Twitter Follow Bot / Script / App written custom for me that can be run from Google drive or something similar, not installed on my PC.
I'm going to run this just on my own existing personal accounts to automate daily manual functions and not sell the bot as a product. I would also like you not to sell it to other people or host it / sell access to it.
I'm somewhat flexible on the specification, so if something is difficult / expensive to, we can discuss changing it a little make it easier / cheaper. Or, if you've done something in the past, that you think would be valuable to add to this bot, I'd be interested in that also.
I would like this to be the first project of a recurring business relationship for various projects like Website development, Facebook / Weibo / Twitter / WeChat automation, and other various projects.
All functions should be tested before delivery.
TWITTER FOLLOW BOT:

05. Script must be capable of running with an existing owner account with followers and followed in excess of 500k.
06. Produces Log file.
07. Settings and info entered into interface are not lost when page is refreshed.
08. Start / Stop buttons on interface with indication if the bot is running, stopped, or paused / Slowed (due to item 12).
09. Editable fields in the interface to set the max number of follows per hour and max number of follows per day. Default values are 90/900.
10. Randomizes times between follows, number of follows per hour, and number of follows per day. Intent is to simulate manual clicks and human variability. For example:
a) If the maximum number of follows per day is set to 900, maybe today it follows 892 but the day before it followed 895.
b.) Maybe the script follows 5 people is one minute, but doesn't follow anyone again for 10 minutes at which time it just follows 2.
11. Randomizes time throughout the day when no follows are made. The intent of this is to simulate the time that humans are not online. Possibly this can be accomplished simply by hitting the daily maximum within 16-18 hours to force a 6-8 hour down time.
12. If Twitter returns a message that the owner account 'cannot follow more users at this time', script will:
a) Pause for 4 hours before trying to run again.
b) Upon retry, it will just try to follow one single account and wait for 5 min to see if the same message is received again.
c) If another error is received, it will resume the loop of pausing for another 4 hours.
D) if no message is received, it will restart running at 1/2 the follow rate for 4 hours before resuming the normal rate.
13. Script checks daily if the owner account is following more accounts than is following it and Stop the script until manual intervention. For example, if the owner account is following 101k accounts but only has 100k followers, the script will automatically change from On status to Off status.
14. If twitter returns a message that the owner account is blocked from following a user, the script will also have the owner account block that user.
15. Interface displays successful follows in the last hour and day.
a) Does not include unsuccessful follows like the user was already currently followed by the owner, the owner was blocked from following the user, etc...
b) Numbers are rolling 60 min / 24 hours.
c) Numbers are refreshed when page is refreshed.
16. Interface includes a black list of accounts for the script to never follow.
a) Black listed users can be identified either by typing them manually into the interface or by specifying a Twitter list on the owner twitter account to use (whatever is easier to code, but prefer specifying a twitter list).

a) HT's are used by the script in the order listed in the interface.
b) Filters / Twitter search commands (like filter:safe, -RT, -replies) able to be used at the end of each HT.
c) Only tweets posted in last 3 hours are used.

22. Follows everyone who retweets a tweet from specified competitor accounts.
a) Competitor accounts can be identified either by typing them manually into the interface or by specifying a Twitter lists on the owner twitter account to use (whatever is easier to code, but prefer specifying a twitter lists).
b) Only follows the retweeters of tweets posted within the last 30 minutes.
