    I do it on my own. It a lot better to do it as i don't have anything else to do and you get to learn which works for your site in the process.

    the best way is to outsource you work, with some professional one. even if you think you can do it better yourself, there are some experts out there who really deserve their prices Is it better do outsource?

    If you really cannot do the work then it is better to outsource particularly for chores that need technical expertise. As you said you may need a professional for the work but that will entail an expense. A professional naturally charges a high fee and you have to be prepared to shell out big money for the service. My suggestion is not to look for an expert but just any freelancer who can do the job. There are many freelancers who have the expertise but they don’t consider themselves an expert.

    If you have a traditional job, you may need to outsource many small SEO tasks that are time consuming such as social bookmarking, forum posting (for signatures), blog commenting and link building. Just be sure the people doing the jobs are not using black hat techniques or your site may suffer the consequences if caught.
