Help about custom order process

Dear members 
The Buyer sent me a custom order request and I accepted the order. but I didn't find any order in my dashboard. Therefore
I sent a custom order request to one of my clients and then I received an alert in my account saying the buyer has accepted the custom order request. The problem is I can't find the order on my manage sales page under any tab(completed, delivered, active, etc). Also, I am unsure if the buyer has made the payment to the website or not. please help me!

The order won't show up in your list until the buyer starts the order by submitting the required information on the order page. Tell them to do that and you will then see it in your "manage sales" list.

That order page will also show you what form of payment they used.
