How to protect my services from copying?

Hi, i just need to know if there is a rule to not copy some others gig.
I mean i did some gig with service, then i saw someone who never do the same like my services make similar and i want to know if he can do it, or what is prohibited?
Coz I'm not jealous of he try to make cash, but why he/she did the gig only to make lower prices and almost all service is the similar.

I think you should report it to admins but still i SEOCLERK is like Open Jungle, many are getting copied by Lazy Sellers.
These guys have totally destroyed the SEOCLERK.

You can't. It's common courtesy but you can report them, or talk to the user and see what you manage to obtain.

Is the person actually copying/pasting your text? 

Or did they simply create a gig with similar job features? 

For example, if someone were to copy my job text, then it'd be a real problem. Just because someone else also offers to sell forum posts, however, does not mean they are doing anything wrong. That's their choice.
