Does anyone know how I can get Direct Bulk Email Sender that works well without smtp?

The problem with this is that you'll destroy your own IP if you're sending 100, 1,000, or 1,000,000 emails a day if you're not using an SMTP and burning their IPs. An SMTP is in place to help you deliver your emails, as well as protect your own connection, and that's why a lot of people use them.
There are plenty of systems out there that can help you send emails, but you're in for a rude awakening if you aren't going to run them through an SMTP.
I'm currently running a system that is sending out 10,000-15,000 cold emails per day and running it through an SMTP. I warmed up my email address for a month, sent around 5,000 emails to get it there, and now I can cap my sending each day without worry because my setup has been fine-tuned to do what I need it to
Can I ask, why are you against an SMTP?
Do you think they're too expensive?
Are you not sure how to configure them?
There are some email programs that allow you to upload them to a server, configure them, and send out a ton of emails but you'll still run into problems if you're not running it through an SMTP. Your IPs will get blacklisted, you won't hit inboxes, and you won't get any responses unless you do this the right way.
I would suggest working to set up an SMTP and running it through PowerMTA so you can get the best deliverability. If that's not something you can afford, try using a 3rd party service that allows scraped lists to go out, something like Mail250.com will work well for you. If you burn an IP address with them it will cost $2 to replace it, but you'll have to go through the warm-up process again, so don't get too greedy with your sending.
