how to reject the delivery or ask for cancellation

i bought a software but when i try to download it, it say the zip file is empty.

What should I do in this case?

Ohh, well then you should in the first instance, try to contact the seller. Tell them that in the order or send them a message. Make sure not to leave feedback for it as that will complete the order. You have 5 days to do that before the order is completed. If the seller does not respond, contact SEOClerks staff about it by opening a support ticket so they can look into it for you. Chances are, they will close the order and return your money to you which you can use to buy another service with.

When it comes to buying software services and things like that on here. I always try to contact the seller first to let them know I'm thinking of purchasing. I like to get a response from them first so I know they are active on here. I avoid buying services/software etc from sellers that don't respond to me as it shows they don't care that much to do so if you know what I mean. how to reject the delivery or ask for cancellation

If you are unable to install the package then you must ask the seller about the problem. If he is unable to solve it then you can get back your paid money. If you have ordered through SEOclerck then you don't need to worry about it. They will guide you about the complete procedure. You have the right to accept their product or not.

I think the best bet is to contact the seller about the purchase. It is either he or she fixes it or there's is refund.

I think the time is now that it not too late

Yes, contact the seller immediately. Attach an image snapshot to show him the proof that the zip file is empty. Ask for a replacement or cancel your payment if you are using credit card. Make a phone call to the center to cancel immediately.

First try to make contact with the seller. Never erase any of the messages/transactions you did with him, try to save the screen captures of those, or the mails you received, like receipts or any proof of transaction. If you don't get an answer back, then you have to contact support of the site you are dealing through. Expose your case, and attach all the captures, receipts, emails, proofs that you have about it. You can use the call center too so they can stop the transaction or ask for an explanation from the seller.

If you have bought it in this site then it is only right that you file a formal complaint about that empty zip file. Maybe you have to contact the seller to inform him of the state of condition of the zip file for the software that you had bought. Sometimes that error of omission happens unintentionally due to haste. And if the seller will not respond to your call then that will be a real problem that I guess you have been scammed.
