    2 Tips I use daily for adsense

    I have a number of websites and blogs, I use adsense on most of them and wanted to share my tips which works for me. Adsense is a brilliant way to monetize your websites or blogs. I just thought I would share these few tips with you and how I earn with my adsense.

    Tip 1 : Must Be related

    Now a great way when I first started blogging with using my adsense was to make niche related content. A great way as well is to google your niche keywords. You may notice when you do this there will be ads on top page of google these google ads. Are they related ads to your keyword (niche). Make notes if you have to as you want to make sure you use content what is based on your keyword and which ads show as the ads show on your website/blog. For example say you have cheap hotels website or blog. When you create google adsense ads it will monetize to the related topic so try keep your content the same as keywords. If your website like I said is about hotels and cheap ones for members of the public then google will place these ads on your website . So when members come on to your website or blog they will see these google ads and have something in common with your page they may just get more exposure on the ads which equals you more clicks and cash.

    Tip 2 : Placing your ads

    DONT GO CRAZY - You herd me you do not want to have tons of ads on your website/blog this will make your site look spammy and not good at all.
    What I do is once created my site I tend to place only 3 on a page or post . One at the top just under my title , one in the middle and one at the bottom of posts or pages. If you are on word press then take advantage of the widgets try and place a text widget at the side of the page and then place adsense code on it. If you do this then you will only need 2 on the page or posts as you will have the adsense ad on the side as well.

    I have noticed when I have done this I have had much more success on my adsense and also my sites.

    I completely agree with you on the placement of the ads, I absolutely hate going on any site that just seems to be inundated with ads it is very off putting and not a nice look at all and makes you look very unprofessional. I always say that the best places for ads on any site are in the header, footer or even in the side. I have seen some sites where they will place ads in the header, footer, side panel and even in between text as well and it's never a good look.

    Great tips. The reason why a lot of bloggers fail to make money from adsense is because they don't have a very profitable niche. First you must find a profitable niche in order for you to make the most out of adsense.

    When it comes to ad placement, WordPress makes it very easy for us bloggers. Just search for the plugin Ad Injection and you're good to go. What I want to know now is what type of Adsense ads to you incorporate in your website? Do you use the large banner ads? What about the rectangular ads? And what about the text ads? What type of adsense ads work best for you?

    I totally agree with your suggestion. The ad placement is the most important thing to get most out of Adsense. Ads should be visible to visitors so they can easily click them if they found them interesting. I think that the link units should be placed near the top of the page where website links are placed. It will give maximum visibility to the users. An ad unit should be placed right above or below the post title.

    It is important to place ads in this way that ads should look separate from content. If you would not this instruction then your account might be banned.

    You have an option to show ads which are relevant to your content so the visitor will find it interesting.

    I've been using Adsense on my sites for over 3 years. Although I really like this form of monetization, I confess that it is not every month that I get the maximum value.

    adsense is a contextual advertising program which means it places the ads that are related to the topics on the webpage. For instance, if your topic is air travel, adsense ads will be about air travel. However, in order to help Google find about your topic, you will have to use proper keywords on the content title and body. If you have used 5 percent keywords, the ads reflect your keywords. When the ads are related, click chances become high. If there are no focus keywords, general ads will appeal such as join facebook, meet singles etc.

    One advice that I had read for Adsense is to post good contents. Originality is imperative if your purpose is for Adsense since the contents is the first in the evaluation of your website. The more information you have on your contents and the more relevant the contents to your niche, that will be a big plus factor in terms of Adsense and also SEO. Again, content is king so it is best to focus on contents before going to other factors.
