Online Reputation Management Is For Today Life?

Hi to everyone,

Well i am working to long time since 2010 in Online Reputation Management.
Served more than 130+ clients.
some clients are real estate based, some are doctors, lawyers, Firms, Institutes, Corporate companies, and Individuals.

Well my Answer and Question is for all. From my end Today is more Important part of life is Online Reputation Management nor SEO.
Please share your thoughts.
I need your answers and thoughts and more information about ORM and SEO based.

This is another term that is new to me. As I am getting comfortable with SEO – search engine optimization, now comes ORM – online reputation management. Anyway, I am a bit confused but based on this discussion, online reputation is branding and managing your brand is all about the name of your business or your name itself. With that premise, managing your reputation is not an easy thing to do because it takes a long time before you can establish your reputation in the internet.

Online Reputation Management is the system about any business. Its for the business reputation. But if your business does not come on search engine result based first page or first 10 page than how do you get new clients. New clients are totally depends white hat SEO based search engine optimization so that world visitors or new clients can find your website to top of the search result on online. Its only possible by good SEO.

I accept idealmike Answer. But yeah, that's my opinion - that SEO is more important and for the reason that if you have good SEO, you are get a good reputation. Where as with ORM, you can get the reputation, but you will still likely need to do the actual SEO to get good rankings to get those good reputations.

Now a days We want both for run a business with good reputation.

I think there is no either or. Here both the things are important for the professionals. And we have to establish ourselves in the process. That seems to be the way for many reputation management companies to be working with. That's how many among us seems to be working as well. I guess we have to see what applies in our case and how can we do it better. I can see that some reputation companies also work better for the social media and the SEO. So it is hybrid work.

Online reputation management is a great influence of tomorrow's life.If one reputation is bad it can be damaging for tomorrow especially now adays that employers of labour try to check up peoples reputation to really finds out about ones personality online and if one didn't managed his or her online presence well with bad reputation it could dim one's success light.So it pertinent to discipline oneself and have a topnotch reputation.

Yes online reputation management takes a lot of effort. Just doing some positive articles won't always help. And for this one can see that people have to spend the resources wisely. And that should help in getting more better reputation for the work. I am guessing that some of the options for online reputation requires a lot of effort. But that's not always possible for many people with SEO.
