You can see that CPA network is booming these years, at least 3 CPA networks are established each day. Is CPA network really profitable? How does CPA network win profits? Do they win profits by setting price disparities between publisher and advertiser? I mean if the price for advertiser is $2ï¼?they just pay publisher $1.6.
