Hello , I have ordered a service but its been 2 days since delivery date , how do I cancel it instantly and use the money to purchase another service.

Hi there. There is no instant cancel option as the buyer I'm afraid. And for good reason too. Because it could be that the seller is already working on your order and is nearly finished and that wouldn't be fair on them. However there is an option to just cancel it. Just click on the "Cancel Order" tab and you can then put a reason why you want to cancel. The seller can see this and then agree to the cancelation (Mutual Cancelation). You will have to put a good reason why it is you want to cancel though. If the buyer is late delivering you could use that as a reason. Especially if they haven't updated you at any stage since you've ordered or since you've placed the required details. If the seller is unresponsive and isn't accepting the cancel request. You can open a support ticket with staff and they will look into it for you and then can force cancel it for you in your favor. You should try to communicate with the seller first though, first in the order, and then if no response try sending them a private message. If there is still no response from the seller then open a support ticket and tell staff about it.

If only the automatic cancel feature were to exist for buyers.. lool. Thankfully it doesn't exist otherwise that would be pretty bad for business.

thanks for the help , I have contacted and its been 2 days but no reply , I guess I would have to cancel

Hi cherac1 thanks for your question. There has no any short cut or instant option to cancel any late order. Only this feature available for seller for 24 hours just after place of order. If your seller fail to deliver order within deadline, you can ask to your seller what is going one currently for your order. That should be fair step. If seller response back to you an able to explained true or logical reason of late delivery, you can consider. Because, sometimes due to rash order, seller fail to deliver order on time. If he does not response to you after wait sometimes, you can cancel order by mutual agreement. Or you can take ticket to help desk to cancel order.

its been two days since , I did the cancelation request and its still open ,no feedback from the seller also . This the second time I have run into trouble buying here , I am really starting to feel unsafe

if the order is marked as "late" you have the right to ask for a mutual cancelation and even if the seller doesn't respond, you will get a full refund in about 2 days since submitting the mutual cancelation request.

I suggest you also contact the seller via PM but also check out their profiles to see when was the last time the seller was active on SEOclerks (Last Seen feature), because if the seller was active since you submitted the cancellation request it means he is ignoring you (as many sellers do) and if he wasn't active, well maybe you should wait if you really want that service delivred.
