How to find a product for selling.

When setting up an ecommerce store I have always struggled to find an exact product to sell. One thing I have done in the past is buy a very good keyword from a seller I know, who includes three suggested products in the report. This is, however, rather costly and I was wondering how I should do it myself. I know the keyword(s) I want to target but so far I have not been able to decide on a product that is cheap as well as not being saturated. Like I said a lot of the results I have found have been saturated and the only ones I was able to find that were not offered very little in affiliate commission.

For something like this I always focus on what's selling like hot cakes on amazon and ebay and then I'll go over to aliexpress and see what I can buy for cheap and sell for a good profit How to find a product for selling.

There are systems like TeraPeak that helps you find the best selling items and sources them from third party websites in order for you to sell them for a profit. It's a pretty cool service and it's only $19.98 a month buuuuut it's billed annually so instead of paying $19.98 twelve times, you're paying close to $240 for their service. You do get a 7 day free trial so I guess you could test it out a bit before you decide to sign up. I'm just not sure if they require you to sign up with a credit card and then hit you with the annual bill after 7 days or if they just restrict your account until you subscribe. The restricted account is always a better bet because it shows the company isn't money hungry lol How to find a product for selling. And for me I always forget about my free trials and I end up paying for the service because of it.

If you can't afford TeraPeak you can always do it yourself. Look through what the hot sellers are on amazon and eBay and figure out what you can buy, ship and profit from on aliexpress. You can sort out sellers based on how good they are and reviews. Be sure to pick a company that has credibility and the lowest price. You will run into "companies" that sell their products on there but they are just middle men for the manufacturers who are also on aliexpress. It's kind of insane to think that works, but it does lol How to find a product for selling.

I just want to clarify is this for the drop shipping method? I am intrigued to know why you don't focus rather on affiliate marketing instead? Surely the drop shipping method comes with a huge amount of research and effort compared to affiliate marketing?

Affiliate marketing is a lot more appealing to me personally than drop shipping methods. Then again I have not really gotten into drop shipping exactly so I am basing this on what I think, not what I know and have experienced.

I agree Lynn! Affiliate marketing is a great way to go with minimal effort. Here is another way to earn relatively easy. Launch some WordPress websites and install an amazon plugin and select a niche. Optimize the site and drive some traffic. It is fast and easy. Also use the websites to publish ads. Simply paste the ad code into the sidebar and you'll earn for both impressions and clicks from the traffic you generate. This adds up nicely especially when you have many sites!

Yes I've seen that option too. It seems like a much easier way to go about it.

I kinda did drop shipping before with my online baby store. There were some products that were ordered through me that I just then ordered from another supplier to be sent to my customers. There are just a few things that I didn't like about drop shipping.

The biggest thing being that when someone orders from me, but they receive the order packaged by another company. I just thought that was not a good thing! Then once one of the companies accidentally put the invoice from them to me in the box when I couriered it to my customer... oh how bad is that so they can see exactly where it came from and the price I paid!

This is currently a battle of mine now. What do I sell? You see I want to try and sell products that are NOT virtual.. REAL physical products. So I got to thinking, what exactly could I sell? So I decided to start off with the basics: What am I interested in? Now there came the problem, I'm not really interested in much physical things, and things I am interested in you can't sell it. So that got me thinking, what physical things am I interested in and what do I do on a day to day basis. Well, an answer came shortly after. I vape, so that is a good start. What do i want to sell the vaping world? I could ejuice, but I have no idea how to mix the ejuices. On the otherhand, I could resell the vaping devices just because it's more "legal". And i am currently at that stage. If I can find a product to resell, or be an affiliate with than I can possibly start up that little business. However, the market is saturated, of course, just like everything else is these days.. That is my experience though.. lol

Dropshopping is gaining popularity today. It allows you to sell products that you don’t own.
What you are going to do is create your online
store. And setting an online is not a problem. You could start your online
store without an initial capital for the products that you are going to sell. Shopify
is an online store platform where you can setup an online store starting from a
free registration. And you’ll just going to pay the monthly free for using
their platform when you start selling. It is also easy to setup your online store. You don’t need to
be a techie person to do it.

One you have online setup, the next thing that you are going to do is search a website that sells products and
offers dropshipping. You just have to choose the product that you want to sell.
If you have selected a product, you’re going to grab it and post it on your
online store, its picture and details. Then create some copy to attract
customers.

If a customer places an order and pays the amount, you are just going to fill their information to your supplier’s order
form with the same information that your customer provided in your online store
form and you will just mark it for dropshipping. The supplier then will deliver
the product directly to your customer.

I think dropshipping is great because I am seeing in youtube people earning big amount of income doing
dropshipping.
