    Daily if you can if you like to tweet. I know that there are many that do not like to, such as me, so it is few and far in between.

    I agree that daily is good. But not every minute like some do. that is just downright annoying.

    The best from my experiences would be from once per day or once per every 2-3 days (from a business point of view). A lot of people get their pages filled with tweets and a lot tend to UN-follow or block tweets from those who tweet every few minutes. Yes, followers like updates but when their is something new every couple hours they tend to feel crowded.

    I don’t think there is a limit to Tweeting so you can tweet as often as you like. However, you have to take into consideration that you are tweeting to your connections. Whatever you tweet can be read by your followers and if you tweet incessantly then that might be annoying. My take on tweeting is to tweet only sensible matters that can be interesting to your followers.
