Have you ever spent a full hour on Facebook just surfing friends updates? Or, do you limit your time on Facebook to just a few minutes?

I don't spend more than a minute or two on Facebook socially as it tends to take time away from work.

I spend as much time as I can on it when I have the time. Lately I have only been able to spend a few minutes here and there and I have been missing some stuff.

I do not spend that much time on fb just poking around. I am usually busy doing something and might allow myself 5 or 10 minutes here or there to look.

When I was new to fb, I spend a lot of time on it. Now it is just about 20 minutes here or there.

I've never overly actively used Facebook for any reason, personal of webmaster wise. A few minutes here and there is about all it's ever been for me.

A very good idea. I'm always surprised just how much time it takes to check and respond to a few Facebook messages. Even the ones that weren't important seem to monopolize my spare time in a way that is not good.

I don't spend a whole lot of time on my facebook to be honest. I usually am just on my email and on my twitter but I don't really use my facebook all that much any more.

Just recently I started a Facebook group for my Runescape clan. I will try to post updates there such as upcoming clan events, member accomplishments, etc. The group is also for to come by and update on their status, such as if they are going to be offline for class or work and can't get online to be in game.

Time spent on Facebook goes so fast and it's easy to spend an hour there without realizing. How do you limit the time spent? Do you set a timer or just have someone remind you to leave the site?

Most of the time when I feel bored, I log in to my facebook account and either read newsfeeds on my timeline or chat with the maazing friends that I've made through the platform. One thing I know for sure is that, if my phone is up and running, I spend not less than 5 hours on Facebook on a daily basis.

When I have time at home, I probably spend 30 minutes up to 1 hour with Facebook and that is mostly to check the posts of my friends. My regular schedule for Facebook is the time before dinner when I have nothing much to do at home. But that is when I would come home early like 6 pm. I would view some videos posted by dog lovers like me and of course, I enjoy looking at the photos. I have several dog lover friends whom I haven’t met in person yet. And I love their posts that’s why I open my Facebook just to see their posts.
