You may be referring to AI in the movies. But I think it can happen in reality especially with the advanced programming that we have now. Even in the days of the mainframe, I remember a program that was learning to talk although the talking was via the console because there was no media in computers yet. But when the small computers came around, I was able to test a program that really talked and was learning words as you input your statements.You may be referring to AI in the movies.
