    Isn't these things valid for google or any other search engine ? For example, sitemaps are recommended by many search engine for helping crawler to crawl our sites faster Bing Crawling Basics

    Maybe it is pointing to something like develop a template for mobile/smart phone as well. It is really important in future, as not many will be using desktop !
