How to Know What the Best Clickbank Products to Promote Are?

Hello all. Are you a CB (Clickbank) marketer? How can I know which are the best CB products and eBooks etc to promote? How can I know which ones are the best ones to choose? I've had a CB affiliate account for about 10 years but I've never really used it that much or promoted many CB things. But I have a site coming up that will do reviews of CB products (amongst other things) so I'm looking to find out as much as possible as I can about it and more specifically, which CB products are the best ones to promote.

How can I know which ones are?

What are some tips to get the best results from doing CB marketing?

I've dabbled in clickbank marketing a little bit every year since I started out. Affiliate marketing isn't my main source of income so I don't focus on it too much, but I know what to search for and I'll help you out as much as I can ;)

Niche: Pick the niche you want to sell for. Typically you'll want to sell something you're more familiar with just in case you publish a facebook page and want to drive traffic to your offer. You'll have to talk about the product to people on facebook if they're on the fence.

Gravity: Sort the clickbank offers by gravity to find some of the best sellers. The gravity metric on clickbank shows what the best sellers in that niche are for the last 12 weeks. So over the last 3 months, the more sales a clickbank product gets, the higher the gravity becomes.

Commission: A lot of the clickbank products will offer a 75% commission because they are a digital product with an instant download. The seller knows that they wouldn't have made that 25% if you weren't there so they are glad to give you the 75%. You can definitely go for lower commission items/services but I try to stay above 60% just so I can make a couple extra bucks

Product Quality: If you can afford to, I would purchase the product if you're serious about selling. Usually the product isn't very much since most of clickbank is digital items. Some items can be pricey, but if you're serious about this then look at it as an investment. I know I'd rather push a great product than a bad one, and we all know an amazing looking website can sell a bad product. Buy it and check it out.

you need to look out for the products that are very or averagely high in demand and has good positive reviews. not only on clickbank, you can check jvzoo as well. To know the best products to promote, look our for excellent positive reviews as well as how high is the demand of that product in the market. Also you can check out if thr original seller is one that has gained lots of reputation and credibility among its present, past and potential buyers too. you may also do a research on it too on your own.

Clickbankis not available in my location, therefore, I don’t know which clickbank products brings you most. However, based on my experience of using Amazon, Commission Junction and Linkshare, I can say that sales actually depend on your niche. If your niche is lingerie, people come to your website looking for lingerie, it is very likely that they will buy shoes from your website.

Many affiliates make the classic mistake of opting to go for a high gravity (100+) product as they feel these are the easiest to get sales from.

WRONG! These products will have too much affiliate competition, and practically all avenues of promotion will be saturated. The only way to make sales out of these products is either if you are very good at a particular skill (e.g. SEO, ranking YT videos, etc...) or if you can think outside the box and promote using a method that very few think about.

So, here's how to find good products to product on CB if you a newbie:

Search the marketplace for products with gravities 5 to 25. Trust me on this. You can find a lot of these goldmines in the health section of CB. Ignore products that have a gravity in this range BUT are in very popular niches (e.g. make money online - as this defeats the purpose of searching for low competition niches).

Next, have a look at the landing page - is it professionally designed and written, and is the product price reasonable ($17-$47)? Be careful though when judging landing pages – you need to think like the buyer, not a marketer.

For example, we have one ugly LP that has out-converted all redesigns (including 3 VSLs) that we have tested it against. Reason likely being that the demographics are older individuals who feel more at ease with retro-style pages.

Next, email the vendor and tell them you are a prospective affiliate and would like a review copy. The most important part here is not to get the copy, but to see how the vendor responds.

If they don't even respond to your email, it means that they do not invest in their product or in their affiliates, and you should not waste time and money on it. Move on. If the vendor replies and is helpful, you know you're on to a winner.

The vendor must be one that believes in their product, helps their affiliates, and will likely keep improving their product and site (and hence, your profit).

Some vendors will ask you to make a couple of sales before providing a review copy – this is ok – they are likely bombarded with freeloaders and just want to make sure you are a serious affiliate. As I said, the key thing is the way the vendor responds to you, rather than getting the review copy per se.
