Have you experienced negative comments on your services?

Hey,
Recently (just a couple of minutes ago actually) I got my first comment on one of my services which was totally outrageous. (Negative & stupid to be honest.)

The comment was:
"FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE DONT ORDER!!!"

Since this person never purchased this service, I deleted the comment asap & also sent that person a private message. (I want to know why he gave me such a bad comment on my service.)

The Service I'm talking about, is a service where I increase the total amount of views on a SEOClerks service by 10K.. I don't say that it's real human views or anything similar, so that can't be the reason for the negative comment either. Just had to express myself a bit and ask you some questions...

Have you ever experienced anything similar?
What did you do?
Did you try to contact the person?

Note:
I'm not talking about Feedbacks. I'm talking about Comments on the services.

There are many idiots on seoclerks, they always do like this. Once someone also posted comment like this on one of my successful service but I removed it and also sent a personal message to that user.

After that I never received this type of comment. But don't worry about this "these people have no mind Have you experienced negative comments on your services?"

It's jealousy and people not knowing how to compete fairly.
I have received a number of negatives on my actual feedback sections and some of those just left it and never even logged in ever again!

I haven't yet received any but then again, I am still so new to the site that I haven't gotten many requests. I also have spent a lot of time in the FAQ really. I now stand at 49 answers in under a week from being on the site but I haven't checked to see if my comments on the FAQ have been negative. But regarding my services, I haven't gotten any negative comments.

Yes twice. Than I cancelled all of my services for a few $, because usually people expect way too much for a couple of bucks and they like to give negative feedbacks. I rather offer something big which requires more communication with buyers and where services can be adjusted to buyer's needs.

If someone is spamming your service via comments like that, report it. He/she may get banned Have you experienced negative comments on your services?

If someone is falsely giving you negative comment, count on Seoclerks to ban that person.

I am yet to face this kind of situation and I am grateful for that.

Maybe that user has a service similar to your service, and the only real reason that user left a awful comment like that is to try lure the buyers away from any services similar to there own. Have you experienced negative comments on your services?

I have had negative comments, but never so blatantly negative and aggressive. As a freelance content writer, not everyone is going to like everything that I write. Creative work, like writing, is often very subjective. That said, I also give customers the ability to outright reject things that I write. If someone doesn't like my work, I have a list of others that I can submit the article or blog post and it will get picked up. So, I typically, I make note of the criticism and then move on.
