What if you have no choice but to force cancel an SEOClerks order?

Let's say you are asked to complete a service for a buyer via SEOClerks and realize you can't fully complete the job after the initial 24 hours has passed. Maybe illness or family situatinos prevail and you can't devote the time to the job. And, let's say you have tried to get a mutual cancellation from the person, but they refused and keep insisting that you complete the order no matter what. What are your options now? If you force cancel, your SEOClerks rating will go down, right? But, if they are being unreasonable and won't agree to a cancellation and you simply can't do the job, then what can you do?

i would like to convince the buyer rather force cancel and i will request the buyers to accept the cancellation proposal.

Hopefully, the buyer would be agreeable to a mutual cancellation. Maybe if the seller explained why the cancellation was necessary, then it would be more acceptable. Some buyers really do want the services that specific seller has to offer. Maybe they would refuse the mutual cancellation if no explanation was offered as they don't understand the situation or reason behind cancellation.

Would you be able to contact the help desk and ask for a solution from them? It is so hard to do when one will not allow a cancel.

The site admin should be able to help you with the situation if the buyer refuses to let you out of the service. If you are not able to complete the job, there is no reason for you to continue. They should get a refund and have the option to move on.

Email the site and tell them how the buyer won't agree to a mutual cancellation.

Just a thought, but the mutual cancellation should become permanent after the second time requesting it.

I would suggest that you contact the help desk. They may have a solution for the issue as they deal with this more frequently.

Maybe you can just block those people from contacting you. I don't know if that's an option on the website or not but it would be useful.

This is why I would rather be paid via Paypal. They can't get an automatic refund for work. Everyone has their own preference for being paid, this is mine.
