Admin please help...

When I try to talk with my customers, chat with them I get these message. I didn't spam or anything, I just send a 6-7 message to my customer. This message was detected as spam. You could be using a URL or a Word which has been flagged as spam previously. If you were recently sending mass messages, your account may have been restricted.

Please help.

Contact the help desk. Create a ticket as this is the way to get the matter solved.

Hi dakyanddena,

Mass messaging the same message will result in an automatic restriction. These automated restrictions will be reviewed by staff so if you still have the restriction after 48 hours you will need to create a helpdesk ticket to resolve the issue: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
