A security incident forced us to restore from a backup taken on 28 August. Orders and payments made in roughly the 24 hours before the restore may not appear in your account yet. We are recovering them.

As a precaution, you will be asked to choose a new password the next time you sign in.
Please request a quote before you order. You can attach any image you need to be digitized with the design requirements such as size in inches or centimeters, required file format, and any other instructions.
Note:
This service is only for digitizing the designs for embroidery that have an embroidery machine or can get them embroidered for elsewhere. These are NOT designed that we digitize and deliver physically.
Furthermore, we can provide you the following formats:
DST, PES, EXP, VIP, HUS, JEF, SEW, EMB, ART, CND, DSB, DSZ, XXX, still looking for other formats. Please ask.
Once we receive your image along with the complete instructions, we will send you a quote including a link for payment.
When that payment has been received, your order will be processed and sent via email within 1 business day.
We usually send quotes within 30 minutes Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. We’re always available during the working hours so feel free to send us a message or email.
