I'm sure you have heard of shorts videos on YouTube. Well, I decided to build a shorts channel, and I'm so glad that I did. So you know, I did pay for the views on the welcome video, and for about 6 of the subscribers, but that is all. The views to the other videos, and the rest of the subscribers have all been unique, and I'm getting traffic from the shorts feed. I started the channel on July 4th, in my spare time, so I think that's pretty good. I'm telling you all of this, so you will know that I do know a little about YouTube, and you will get results if I build you a channel.

The management project consists of me creating and adding up to 2 more videos each week, as well as responding to comments and making sure there are no problems and changing content if videos aren't receiving enough views. My job is to make sure that the channel receives as much traffic as possible, with positive responses from viewers.
