Create a total cart function.
I need a function that counts the total of the items in the shopping cart and only let me chekcout if the items are multiple of 4.
For example if the cart has 3 items total it i will need to add 1 more item to make it 4 items to process the checkout, also if I have 15 items I will have to add 1 more to make it 16 that is a multiplie of 4 and let me continue to checkout.
